The construction project involves the conversion of an old hospital into an integrative social building "@viedel", at Bachstraße 19, in 56751 Polch. The existing building ensemble is located in the centre of Polch, directly adjacent to an existing park.

On the existing building, old extensions and connecting bodies will be demolished and replaced by new parts that improve access and evacuation. Furthermore, a multi-purpose room will be added to the ground floor and the existing chapel will be converted into a cultural church.
