Restricted procedure Community tender for the contract for the purchase of a "digital tower" software product, including IPR ownership, exclusively worldwide, and the support of at least 2 expert resources in development and maintenance of the software, for at least 4 months, starting from the delivery of the software.

With this procedure, ENAV intends to acquire the full and exclusive ownership of the software product, already defined, without geographical limits, all over the world, and without any limit of technological domain.

With reference to the contract, the "corrective and evolutionary maintenance and software development" service constitutes an optional activity.

The subject of this procedure is the purchase of a "digital tower" software product, including IPR ownership, exclusively worldwide, and the support of at least 2 expert resources in software development and maintenance, for at least 4 months , from the delivery of the software. ENAV intends to acquire the full and exclusive ownership of the software product, already defined, without geographical limits, all over the world, and without any limit of technological domain.

The expected software product must meet all the mandatory requirements indicated in the prequalification specification.

With reference to the contract, the option relating to "corrective and evolutionary maintenance and software development" is envisaged.

ENAV may exercise an option within 90 days of the end of the 4 months provided for support in software development and maintenance.

The option will provide for the stipulation of a framework agreement, with a maximum duration of 4 years, within which ENAV may issue application order letters (hereinafter, LOA) in relation to its needs.

With regard to this framework agreement, the supplier undertakes to keep available n. 4 expert resources, to be used for corrective and evolutionary maintenance and software development, within the terms established therein.
