The subject of the contract includes granting and servicing a bank loan to finance the planned budget deficit in 2023 up to the amount of PLN 3,500,000.00.

The subject of the contract includes granting and servicing a bank loan to finance the planned budget deficit in 2023 up to PLN 3,500,000.00 in accordance with the following conditions:

1. The interest rate on the loan is variable and should apply in the periods for which interest will be calculated, based on the WIBOR 1M rate from the last day of quotation in the month preceding the interest period.

2. The period of using the loan in the form of a transfer of funds to the bank account of the Municipality in Bank Spółdzielczy in Sławno once: PLN 3,500,000.00 – no later than 5 business days from the date of submission of the request by the Ordering Party. The final date for using the loan is 27.12.2023.

3. Loan repayment period:

1) grace period for repayment of capital – until 30 April 2024;

2) repayment of capital in 10 installments – from 30 April 2024 to 30 April 2033.

4. Schedule of principal repayment in PLN:

1) 30.04.2024 – 350 000,00;

2) 30.04.2025 – 350 000,00;

3) 30.04.2026 – 350 000,00;

4) 30.04.2027 – 350 000,00;

5) 30.04.2028 – 350 000,00;

6) 30.04.2029 – 350.000,00;

7) 30.04.2030 – 350 000,00;

8) 30.04.2031 – 350 000,00;

9) 30.04.2032 – 350 000,00;

10) 30.04.2033 – 350 000,00.

5. Repayment of interest monthly (calendar month) from the date of using the loan – payable until the 15th of the following month.

6. The repayment date of the loan installment shall be deemed to have been met when the funds are credited to the account belonging to the Contractor at the latest on the date designated for repayment. If the repayment date falls on a public holiday, the repayment date is the next day that is not a holiday.

7. The possibility of early repayment of the loan without incurring additional commissions (costs) with interest until the loan repayment date, and not until the date of the contract.

8. The loan repayment will be secured by a blank promissory note together with a promissory note declaration signed by the borrower with the countersignature of the treasurer.

9. Information on the creditworthiness of the Sławno Commune is available on the http://ug.slawno.ibip.pl/public/ website.

10. The contract with the Contractor shall be signed at the Ordering Party's registered office.

11. At the Bank's request, the Ordering Party may provide other information regarding the creditworthiness of the Sławno Commune.
