The subject of the contract are services for the booking and sale of airline tickets on foreign routes, booking and purchase of accommodation abroad, and local transport services.
1. The subject of the contract are services for the booking and sale of airline tickets on foreign routes, booking and purchase of accommodation abroad as well as local transport services. The order consists of two tasks:
1) Toruń Regional Development Agency SA
2) of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship.
Each of the Employers will conclude a separate contract with the Contractor regarding the performance of its Task.
2. The subject of the contract includes:
1) searching for optimal connections in accordance with the Employer's instructions,
2) presenting the Employer with at least three proposed solutions,
3) sale and delivery to the Employer of air tickets / booking confirmation or purchase of accommodation / confirmation of purchase of a local transport service,
4) care during travel consisting in assistance in problem cases,
5) providing after-sales care, including on the acceptance of obligations in the event of any appeals and complaints.
3. One ticket means a ticket on the 'back and forth' route. One overnight stay is understood as overnight stay for one person in a single room or a room intended for more people. One local transport service is understood as a trip back and forth to the airport within a maximum distance of 300 km from the seat of the given Employer. Travel back and forth as part of one local transport service will take place on different days. (e.g. transfer there 04.03, transfer back 09.03).
4. The estimated size of the contract during the contract period will be:
1) Toruńska Agencja Rozwoju Regionalnego SA: 272 tickets on European and non-European routes, 1576 nights and 17 local transport services;
2) Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship: 98 tickets on European routes, 544 nights and 6 local transport services;
5. Employers envisage that travel will take place on European routes: Barcelona, Berlin, Hanover, Cologne and on international routes: United States, China, India, Iran. Purchaser does not exclude travel to other cities and countries also on other continents.
5. The Ordering Party reserves that indicated in point The 4 numbers of services are estimates used to calculate the offer price, compare offers and select the best offer. The Contractor with whom the Employer will conclude the contract shall not be entitled to claim the performance of the Contract in the given amounts. Services provided during the term of the contract may differ numerically from the estimates given (both may be larger or smaller).
6. The Purchaser reserves the right not to exhaust the entire subject of the contract without any claims on the part of the Contractor, provided that it guarantees the performance of the contract at a minimum level of 60%.
7. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is specified in the attachment to the ToR - "Detailed description of the subject of the contract".
8. The detailed scope of the Contractor's obligations was specified in the tender documentation, in particular in the annexes to the ToR - "Model TARR SA contract" and "Model WK-P contract".
9. The contract will be co-financed from the project 'Support for the internationalization of Kuyavian-Pomeranian SMEs and promotion of the economic potential of the region', contract No. 31/1551/18, under the Regional Operational Program for the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship for 2014-2020, Priority Axis 1 - Strengthening innovation and competitiveness of the region's economy, Actions 1.5 - Development and implementation of new business models for SMEs, Sub-measure 1.5.2 - Economic promotion of the region.
