The subject of the contract is the organization and performance of transport services for disabled people – residents of Gorzów Wielkopolski – within the administrative boundaries of the city, in accordance with the conditions and rules set out in the "Regulations for the carriage of disabled persons in the city of Gorzów Wielkopolski" and in accordance with the "Price list for the carriage of disabled persons in the city of Gorzów Wielkopolski" constituting respectively Annex 1 and 2 to the Draft (Template) Agreement.

The subject of the contract is the organization and performance of transport services for disabled people – residents of Gorzów Wielkopolski – within the administrative boundaries of the city. Provision of transport services during the period of implementation of the subject of the contract in the amount of approx. 48,000.00 km for 12 months (for 2024) or until the funds that the Ordering Party has allocated for the implementation of the contract are exhausted.
