Call for copy maintenance, service and delivery of consumables.

The Erzgebirgskreis uses a device pool of 119 XEROX WorkCentre 7845 (with USB Card Reader Multi-Card) in conjunction with the Equitrac print management software. Both the device pollen and the technical equipment are operated unchanged by the AG and are not the subject of the award.

The invitation to tender includes an automated supply of consumables and an associated maintenance and repair service. The 119 units are distributed at the administrative locations of the district office Erzgebirgskreis and the associated road maintenance. This affects about 20 buildings in different locations.
