After the demolition of the existing sanitary building, the extension of the Wilhelm-Tanck-Schule at Färberstraße 25 in Neumünster is planned as a 3-storey new building with a net floor area of approx. 2,800 m² directly adjacent to the existing listed building. The building will have a flat roof with extensive greenery and a PV system.

The services in the heating trade include approx. 60 flat valve radiators, 1,700 m of pipelines including insulation, heating stations, pumps, heating circuit controls and accessories.

The services in the ventilation work trade include 2 central ventilation and air-conditioning units including ducts, thermal insulation and accessories.
