On behalf of a procurement cooperation, Kristiansand kommune requests tender offers for the delivery of office and computer supplies, free school materials, envelopes etc.

Lillesand and Birkenes municipality has separate agreements for the purchase of envelopes. Envelopes to Kristiansand and Søgne municipality shall be delivered with the municipal logo. Songdalen and Vennesla municipality requests tenders for envelopes without logo.

Toner for the network printers is included in the framework agreement for the delivery of multifunction printers as part of the service agreement. All other types of toner are included in the agreement.

The copy paper on line 166-172 in Appendix 4A is special paper for Kristiansand kommune’s printing office. If this cannot be offered by all the tenderers who submit tender offers, it will be removed from the price evaluation. The printing office will be closed down 31.12.2018.

The tenderer must as a minimum be able to offer the requested products listed in the enclosed price sheet, as well as accompanying products for product groups included in the procurement.
