Description:
Performing an environmental inventory of the area of the proposed "Przysłup" nature reserve

1. The subject of the contract is to perform an inventory of the area of the proposed "Przysłup" nature reserve.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the ToR.

1) The contractor will carry out the inventory of the area of the proposed "Przysłup" nature reserve in the city of Manasterzec (Lesko commune), in the forestry Manasterzec (formerly Monasterzec or Manasterz; forest divisions: 8a, 9a, 9b, 11a, 11b, 11c, 15a, 17a, 17b, 18a) consisting in the implementation of:

a) list of natural elements occurring in the indicated area,

b) assess their behavior,

c) identification and judgment of both existing and potential internal and external threats,

d) verification of data contained in existing documentation,

e) forecasts of future changes,

f) develop a concept for the protection of resources, creations and components of nature.

2) The result of the inventory will be documentation prepared by the Contractor (including the table of contents):

I. Descriptive showing the results of the nature inventory carried out, including:

a) a description of the fieldwork carried out, indicating the methodology and date of work,

b) specification of land within the analyzed area on the basis of land records, according to the numbering adopted in the forest management plan, specifying the type of land use,

c) as an attachment to the descriptive documentation, attach completed observation cards at the sites and species observation cards in the area (according to the pattern contained in the Monitoring of animal and plant species - CIEP methodological guide) made for the purposes of assessing the conservation status,

d) taking phytosociological photos in an amount of not less than 20,

e) inventory of resources, creations and components of nature, landscape values and cultural values with their characteristics, assessment of the state and forecast of future changes, to the extent necessary to plan protection. Inventory of nature should include in particular:

a. forest ecosystems in the scope of: types of forest ecosystems and plant communities together with an assessment of the processes occurring in them, stands with an indication of the forest habitat type, potential and actual plant community, species composition of the abundance in m3 / ha, healthiness, bonitation, degree of density and tree cover , age and spatial structure, the state of natural regeneration, compliance of the species composition with the composition of the natural community, resources of dead trees important for maintaining biodiversity,

b. species of plants, animals and fungi occurring in the wild and their habitats and sites, in particular protected species and endangered or rare, occurring outside the natural range, in particular threatening native species,

f) characteristics and assessment of the state of spatial development, with particular regard to external conditions,

g) assessment of existing and potential threats to the maintenance or achievement of an appropriate conservation status of natural habitats occurring in the area of the proposed nature reserve,

h) analysis of the effectiveness of existing protection methods, including recognition of existing changes in resources, creations and components of nature, landscape values and cultural values, and the reasons for these changes, with particular emphasis on the results of conservation measures carried out,

i) developing a concept for the protection of resources, creations and components of nature, as well as cultural values, as well as the elimination or reduction of existing and potential internal and external threats, including the indication of protective tasks resulting from the concept, specifying their type, scope and location, in particular:

a. defining strategic goals for the protection of the proposed nature reserve,

b. determining the needs and conditions for the use of strict, active and landscape protection,

c. determining priorities for implementation of protective tasks and the methods of their detailed planning,

d. determine, if necessary, the places and rules for the use of particular protection methods and details
