Maintenance, basic and glass cleaning of the Kamenz administration site; Macherstrasse 55; 57; 61 and Garrisonsplatz 5; 6; 9.

Basic and maintenance cleaning

The following rough scope is to be expected for basic and maintenance cleaning: Daily cleaning of the floor coverings, except for carpets, one-stage wet, two-stage wet wiping in the entrance area. Carpets and textile dust control mats vacuum or brush vacuum.

In the toilets and washing facilities, floors, tile and partition walls, doors, sinks, toilets and urinals inside and outside, toilet seats, upper and lower surfaces, door handles and handles of the flushing devices must be wet-cleaned in two stages - sometimes disinfecting cleaning.

Wipe the floors, ceilings and cabin walls in the elevators with a damp cloth. Daily removal of finger marks.

Wipe furniture surfaces, tables, chairs, cupboards, shelves, etc., window sills, radiators, skirting boards, telephones and table lamps with a damp cloth, vacuum up upholstered furniture.

A thorough cleaning must be carried out once a year in all houses.

Telephones, window sills, horizontal surfaces, tables, clothes racks / hooks, desks, roll containers, refrigerators (outside), banisters, handrails, fire extinguishers, signs, glazed pictures, window sills (partially cleared) with damp cleaning; Vacuum upholstered furniture, remove stains; Toilet paper holders and hygiene dispensers, towel dispensers, soap dispensers for visible dirt, etc. Remove fingerprints and equip; Wash basin, shower u. Wet clean bathtubs, splash areas, fittings, toilet bowls with seats / urinals, remove limescale deposits; Mirror with shelf u. Clean light, toilet brush with holder (if cleared) wet / damp; Sweep or vacuum dirt traps; Remove cobwebs; Tile walls, other washable walls from finger marks, splashes, etc. Remove stains, clean once a month completely, once a year basic cleaning of radiators and - clean pipes with a damp cloth, wet every 6 months; House entrance doors, interior glazing, etc. Vestibules, glass showcases from handle marks, splashes, etc. Remove stains, wet clean once a month; Clean other furnishings with a damp cloth; Hart- u. elastic floor coverings, stone u. Artificial stone flooring, wood u. Wipe parquet flooring with a damp cloth if necessary; Brush vacuuming textile floor coverings; Flush and remove floor drains fill up; Supplement consumables.

Annual cleaning areas:

- Macherstrasse 55: approx. 835,000 m 2 ;

- Macherstrasse 57: approx. 135,000 m 2 ;

- Macherstrasse 61: approx. 67,000 m 2 ;

- Garrison place 5: approx. 230,000 m 2 ;

- Garrison place 6: approx. 120,000 m 2 ;

- Garrison place 9: approx. 300,000 m 2 .

A property inspection is mandatory. Date for all houses: Wednesday, October 7th, 2020, 2 p.m., meeting point at Macherstraße 55 main building, Bürgeramt.

A written confirmation of the property inspection must be enclosed with the offer.

Criteria for evaluating the offers:

In addition to the price, the number of hours / year is standardized using a point scale from 0 to 100 points: The calculation of the points for the offer prices is based on the deviation of the prices, based on the cheapest offer, using a ratio equation. The calculation of the points for the number of hours / year is based on the deviation of the hours, based on the highest number of hours available, using a ratio equation.

The award is made on the offer which, taking into account the above criteria, achieves the highest total point value.

- Internal glazing: 520 m 2 (Fire doors and fixed glazing);

Macherstrasse 57:

- 150 windows 270 m 2 Double glazing, with skylight (tiltable), wooden frame on both sides with 5 muntin bars (except basement);

- Internal glazing: 34.80 m 2 (Fire doors and plexiglass in the attic landing);

- Entrance areas: 19.74 m 2 (Entrance door, 2 emergency exit doors, vestibule);

- Total areas: approx. 324.54 m 2 .

Macherstrasse 61:

- 72 windows 95.21 m 2 Double glazing, plastic frame, 2 attached bars on both sides (except basement);

- Internal glazing: 2.02 m 2 (Fire door basement;

- Entrance areas: 10.11 m 2 Entrance door, 3 emergency exit doors);

- Total area approx. 107.34 m 2 .

Garrison place 5:

- 121 windows 247.38 m 2 Insulating glazing, single-leaf with skylight (top floor without skylight), plastic frame, top floor wooden frame, on both sides with 6 (92 pieces) or 2 (22 pieces) attached bars, 7 windows without attached bars;

- Internal glazing: 108.85 m 2 (Fire doors and skylights);

- Entrance doors: 20.79 m 2 (2 entrance doors, vestibule, emergency exit door);

- Total areas: approx. 377.02 m 2 .

Garrison place 6:

- 96 windows 163.76 m 2 Single-leaf insulating glazing with skylight; Plastic frame, with attached bars on both sides;

- Internal glazing: 23.52 m 2 (Fire doors);

- Entrance doors: 5.99 m 2 (Entrance door, emergency exit door);

- Total area: approx. 193.27 m 2 .

Garrison place 9:

- 218 windows 438.61 m 2 Single-leaf insulating glazing with skylight (except ground floor), plastic frame with attached bars;

- Internal glazing: 68.26 m 2 (Fire doors);

- Entrance doors: 19.02 m 2 (Entrance doors, emergency exit, delivery entrance);

- Total areas: approx. 525.89 m 2 .

* The areas were measured on one side.

The glass cleaning includes the removal of dirt on the glazing in two-sided execution in 2 work steps. The frame cleaning includes the cleaning and care of the frames (inside and outside), frame seams, edging, cladding and frames as well as the skylights, including rods, hand levers and window sills in 2 work steps.

Frequency: once a year (May / June) - glass and frame cleaning; Option of a second cleaning (if necessary only of individual buildings) with separate commission.
