Tenders relate to the procurement of web system to handle ordering products in the healthcare sector. At the start of contract, there will be orders for ostomy products alone, but along the way during the contract period, more product areas will be added.
The listed municipalities and regions have joined forces on a stomy project. The stomy project aims to create quality for citizens with stoma and including optimizing processes and economics across municipalities and regions. The Stomi Project supports economic agreements for regions and municipalities to create a better and more cohesive public sector.
Quality for citizens with an ostomy is, in this context, to provide reassurance for the citizen by a more coherent course of treatment. A coherent course of treatment consists of offering uniform products across regions and municipalities, as well as ensuring one entrance into public when ordering stomy products and for health professional advice.
In order to deliver that ambition, a new common IT solution is needed in the field of stomy, where a publicly available web system will play a key role. Thus, the offering includes the web system as a standalone system without direct integration to the Contracting System or to other systems and ERP platforms. All data is therefore entered directly into the solution or via loading sheets.
The Joint Service Center (FSC) plays a key role in the new common solution model and the FSC thus becomes the system owner of the Web system.
The web system must support the following needs in the main:
-E-catalog for products where product suppliers can load and update products (product information, prices, etc.)
-Administration of citizens' appropriations and tribal data (stem data coupled with CPR registry)
-Ordering products for citizens (webshop solution)
-Transfer of orders to the logistics supplier
-Forecasts on product consumption (based on number of products appropriated) and historical product consumption
-Withdrawals of billing basis of product consumption per authority/municipality and billing basis per product supplier
The detailed requirements for the tendered web system are shown in the tendering material.
Contracting entities therefore want an agreement on the supply of a web system for handling the ordering of stoma products.
The agreement comes in the main feature of:
Establishment, training, operation and technical support of a web system for use by a range of products in the health field, but from the start of contract alone in the field of stoma.
Along the way during the contract period, other health product areas will expect to be ordered through the web system.
