1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in operation, maintenance and servicing of heating installations in the 4th Military Economic Branch in Gliwice, divided into 6 parts.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract shall be contained in the following annexes:

• Appendix 2 – description of the subject of the contract respectively for a given part

• Appendix 3 – bill of quantities for part 6

• Annex No. 4 - the proposed provisions of the contract

3. The contracting authority shall not allow for the submission of variant tenders, and

in the form of electronic catalogs.

4. The contracting authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PPL.

5. The contracting authority for all parts requires the contractor or subcontractor to employ employees on the basis of an employment contract who perform activities consisting in operational service, maintenance and servicing of the boiler room.

Employees must be employed under an employment contract within the meaning of the provisions of the Labor Code

Part No. 1

Permanent operational service and maintenance of the boiler room fired with solid fuel (eco-pea coal) in the resources of SOI Bytom and heat supply to the heating system located in the military complex in Toszek in the heating season 2023/2024

Part No. 2

Permanent operational service of the boiler room in the military complex in Będzin,

in the resources of SOI Katowice, in the heating season 2023/2024.

Periodic inspections, maintenance, combustion regulation in the gas boiler room and oil boiler rooms and full servicing of the boiler room in accordance with

with the normative requirements of boiler rooms throughout the term of the contract in complexes administered by SOI Krapkowice in the heating season 2023/2024.

Constant operational service, maintenance and servicing of the boiler room in the military complex in Tarnowskie Góry – Lasowice, which is in the resources of SOI Tarnowskie-Góry

Operational operation and maintenance of heating equipment in boiler rooms; oil and gas located in the military complex administered by 4 WOG in Gliwice, which is in the resources of the Infrastructure Service Section

in Bielsko-Biała in the heating season 2023/2024.

Part 6

Seasonal boiler room service in the military complex in Kuźnia Raciborska at

Arki Bożka 9 administered by SOI Gliwice in the 2023/2024 heating season.
