Description:

The subject of the order is the delivery of an annual subscription to the MS Office 365 ProPlus product service (or equivalent) for 1947 employees and an unlimited number of students of the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin. The subscription should include the following plans:

- 5XS-00001 O365ProPlusEdu ShrdSvr ALNG SubsVL MVL PerUsr or equivalent

- 5XS-00002 O365ProPlusEdu ShrdSvr ALNG SubsVL MVL PerUsr STUUseBnft or equivalent.

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of an annual subscription to the MS Office 365 ProPlus product service (or equivalent) for 1947 employees and an unlimited number of students of the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin. The subscription should include the following plans:

- 5XS-00001 O365ProPlusEdu ShrdSvr ALNG SubsVL MVL PerUsr or equivalent

- 5XS-00002 O365ProPlusEdu ShrdSvr ALNG SubsVL MVL PerUsr STUUseBnft or equivalent

2. Under the above plans, the University must obtain a license authorizing the installation of office software packages on computers belonging to the Employer and on computers, tablets and smartphones of private students and employees (at least up to 5 licenses within its household). The license must also authorize the installation of this software in laboratories and on shared computers.

3. A detailed description of the requirements for the office package is set out in Annex 1 to the specifications. Whenever the term "software" will be used in the further part of the specification, it should be understood as meaning all the elements of the office package listed in Annex 1 to the specification.

4. The delivery that is the subject of the contract includes an annual subscription to the MS Office 365 ProPlus product service (or equivalent) by the customer in accordance with its purpose and to the extent specified for the software in Annex 1 of the specification.

5. The manner and terms of performance of the contract will be determined by the public procurement contract concluded between the contracting authority and the contractor, the specimen of which is set out in Annex 5 of the specification.
