The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity generated from renewable energy sources in the period 2023 – 2024 for Poznań – Ławica Airport Sp. z o.o. The description of the subject of the contract and its scope is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.

The contracting authority does not allow the submission of partial and variant tenders, does not provide for the conclusion of a framework agreement, does not provide for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) and (8) of the PPL, does not provide for local inspections by Contractors or verification of documents referred to in Article 131(2)(2) of the PPL, does not provide for settlements in foreign currencies, does not provide for an electronic auction, does not provide for reimbursement of the costs of participation in the proceedings, does not provide for employment requirements on the basis of an employment relationship, or other requirements referred to in Article 96 of the PPL, does not allow the submission of tenders in the form of electronic catalogues or the attachment of electronic catalogues to the offer. The contracting authority did not divide the contract into parts due to the fact that such a division would threaten excessive technical difficulties and excessive costs of performing the contract. The need to coordinate the activities of the different economic operators performing the different parts of the contract could seriously jeopardise the proper performance of the contract. The failure to divide the contract was therefore dictated by technical, organizational and the nature of the subject of the contract. Dividing the contract into lots would not increase competitiveness in the sector of small and medium-sized enterprises. The scope of the contract is a typical scope, enabling contractors from the group of small and medium-sized enterprises to submit a tender.
