The material scope of the subject of the contract is specified in a detailed description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 1 to the SWZ), containing the locations and description of electricity consumption points and the contract template (Annex No. 3 to the SWZ) together with Appendix No. 1 (list of electricity consumption points covered by the contract) and No. 2 (power of attorney), constituting an integral part of this SWZ.
