The purpose of the consultation is the project management mission for the rehabilitation of the Nicolas building of the Picquigny nursing home.

It includes a basic mission within the meaning of Article R2431-4 of the CCP composed of the following elements:

- Diagnosis and Sketch (Diag/Esq)

- Preliminary Project (Aps/Apd)

- project (Pro)

- assistance in the award of public works contracts (ACT; including negotiations)

- Visa and Summary of Enforcement Documents (Visa-Syn)

- Works Execution Directorate (Det)

- Assistance to Reception Operations and during the surrogacy period (Aor)

The contract will also include the mission of scheduling, steering and coordination of the works. (Opc) and Coordination of the Fire Safety System (Ssi)
