The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the collection and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste from all owners of inhabited properties, including mixed properties (i.e. properties that are partly properties where residents live, and partly properties where residents do not live and municipal waste is generated) and properties where summer houses are located and other properties real estate used for part of the year for recreation and leisure purposes, located in the Bierzwnik commune, in accordance with the applicable law.
The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the collection and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste from all owners of inhabited properties, including mixed properties (i.e. properties that are partly properties where residents live, and partly properties where residents do not live and municipal waste is generated) and properties where summer houses are located and other properties real estate used for part of the year for recreation and leisure purposes, located in the Bierzwnik commune, in accordance with the applicable law. The scope of the contract also includes:
1) The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of collection, transport and management of municipal waste from all owners of inhabited and uninhabited properties, mixed properties and properties with summer houses and other properties used only for part of the year for recreational and leisure purposes on which municipal waste is generated, located in the Bierzwnik Commune.
2) Equipping and supplementing the property with bags for selective waste collection, in which waste is collected after each waste collection.
3) Collection and management of waste from the Municipal Hazardous and Problem Waste Collection Point, hereinafter referred to as GPZONiP, located at Cystersów Street in Bierzwnik.
4) Technical adaptation and equipping GPZONiP with containers and containers intended for proper selective collection of municipal waste.
5) Organizing twice a year the collection of bulky waste in the Bierzwnik commune.
6) Collection and disposal of used batteries and accumulators, expired medicines and medicine packaging (collected in containers owned by the Contractor located in the reception points selected by the Contracting Authority).
7) Keeping reports and documentation related to the activities covered by the contract during the contract performance period.
8) Delivery of a minimum of 20 waste containers with a capacity of 120 l and min. 3 containers with a capacity of 1100 l, including: yellow (min. 1 pc.), green (min. 1 pc.) and blue (min. 1 pc.) to the Ordering Party (new or used containers, PN-EN 840 standard).
9) A detailed description and method of execution of the contract is included in the Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 8 to the Terms of Reference.
