The object of the service is the implementation of a measure for activation and occupational integration in accordance with § 16 Abs. 1 SGB II in conjunction with § 45 Abs. 1 S. 1 Nr. 1 SGB III as an individual activation and integration service for employable beneficiaries in the district of Uckermark.

The following performance elements are executed:

- Introduction of participants to the labour market and identification, reduction or removal of obstacles to placement (§ 45 sec. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 SGB III).

The aim of the measure is to enable hard-to-place beneficiaries to participate in active integration benefits again in order to secure their prospects for labour market integration in the long term.

For the branch locations in Angermünde and Schwedt (Oder), a total of 15 participant places must be reserved without restriction during the entire implementation period.
