The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 788, as amended - hereinafter: "the Act on forests") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection , fire protection, logging and skidding, maintenance of forest roads and logging routes, accidental forest use, seeding and selection to be carried out at the Dębica Forest District in the Pustków Forest in 2019.

The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the sum of works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, logging and logging, maintenance of forest roads and logging routes, forest side use, seeding and selection resulting from Annex 3 to the ToR, which consists of the Annex No. 3.1 - size of works according to activities, Annex 3.2. - difficulty zones and logging distances and Annex 3.3 - timber harvesting system. A detailed description of the works (activities) included in the subject of the contract is included in Annex 3, respectively. The material ranges are listed in Annexes 3.1.-3.3. are estimates. A detailed description of the technology for performing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract and descriptions of activity codes describing individual works (activities) are described in Annex 4 to the ToR.
