Bergen Municipality, Etat for Utbygging invites tenderers to a tender contest for a framework agreement for Safety, Health, and Work environment services (SHA). Etat for utbygging [the Agency for Development] undertakes the builder function for municipal construction projects related to schools and nursery buildings, nursing homes, the fire and chimney sweeping service, arts buildings, sports buildings and administration buildings. This applies to both module buildings and built on site buildings.
The contracting authority intends to enter into parallel framework agreements that can provide Safety, Health, and Work environment services (SHA) as the builder's representative (BHR), coordinator for the Design Phase (KP) and coordinator for the execution phase (KU) in accordance with the Norwegian Construction Client Regulations. The prospective need will be clarified and described in each individual call-off.
