Description:
Mons Arena/Project author's mission in Stability - Architecture - Special Techniques and Safety and Health Coordination

See II.2.4

This contract consists of a complete project author's mission relating to all the extension and compliance works of the Mons Arena sports hall in Jemappes.

The service provider will be required to draw up a complete file including studies relating to architecture, stability, special techniques (drainage, electricity, HVAC, sanitary, fire protection, elevator,...), the surroundings (roads, plantations,...) and safety and health coordination.

The mission calls for a team comprising at least one architect (s), one or more stability engineers, one or more engineers in special techniques and a safety and health coordinator with a level B.

The project is part of the WALLONIA AMBITION GOLD call for projects of the Walloon Region.

The functional program includes:

- Compliance of the entire site with the standards published by the International Basketball Federation (FIBA)

- Creation of 4 basketball courts for young people (dimensions: 15 x 28 m)

- Creation of a new changing room area — showers for young people in line with the number of courts

- Creation of 4 referee changing rooms

- Development of a weight room

- Creation of two new changing rooms - shower for seniors

- Complete redevelopment of the kitchen area

- Creation of an entrance airlock on the dining room side

- Creation of service premises (maintenance, equipment storage,...) and technical premises in sufficient quantity

- Complete redevelopment of the press area and the press room

- Various modifications to the existing building (adaptation of windows, installation of sunshades,...)

The project must be built using sustainable materials that ensure a healthy building that requires minimal maintenance.

Finally, it must be energy efficient.

Thus, the project must be exemplary in terms of ecology and sustainable construction by making use of the latest renewable energy technologies, which will reduce its environmental footprint.

The budget for the works is estimated at an amount of around 5,800,000, - euros including VAT

This contract is a market with firm and conditional tranches.

The firm tranche relates to the delivery of the preliminary project, since consecutive tranches are conditional tranches, are therefore likely not to be ordered by the contracting authority depending on the development of the project, its financial possibilities or for any other reason specific to it.
