Expressions of interest are invited from suitably qualified companies to provide annual gas safety inspections and gas servicing to domestic and commercial gas appliances and pipework throughout the Borough of Sandwell in the West Midlands. Works are to be undertaken to approximately 26,300 properties per year. Works are to be undertaken by 2 contractors working within discreet geographical areas based on their ability to perform. The tender will also include works to Void Properties as cover for the Sandwell Homes team undertaking capping off gas supplies.
