The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation and works aimed at the implementation of the investment consisting in the delivery, assembly and commissioning of photovoltaic cells on the real estate of the inhabitants of the Stopnica Commune.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in the functional and utility program, which constitutes Annex 6 to the SWZ.
The project will be implemented in the 'design and build' system.
The project is implemented as part of: Government Polish Governance Fund: Strategic Investment Programme
1. The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation and works aimed at the implementation of the investment consisting in the delivery, assembly and commissioning of photovoltaic cells
on the properties of residents of the Stopnica Commune.
The scope of the contract includes:
− development of detailed designs and material applications;
− installation of panels;
− installation of an inverter;
- montaż rozdzielnic AC and DC;
− DC installation;
− AC installation;
− protection against electric shock, overvoltage;
− installation of earthing and equalization connections;
– testing, testing and commissioning of a photovoltaic installation;
– training users in the principles of proper operation of the photovoltaic installation along with the development of detailed operating instructions and their transmission to users;
– connection of the installation to the power grid together with notification of connection of the installation to the distribution network of PGE Dystrybucja S.A. on the basis of guidelines available on the plant's website;
– other elements included in the annexes to the CMS and the Draft Agreement attached to the Draft Agreement
SWZ;

The main objective of the project, which will have an umbrella character, is to increase the use of RES in the total energy production in the Stopnica Commune by increasing the volume of local electricity production from RES, improving air quality, improving the quality and standard of living of residents, generating savings in residents' expenses for electricity.
Photovoltaic installations will be installed on properties owned by the residents of the Stopnica Commune.
The project involves the execution and assembly of approx. 150 installations of photovoltaic cells with a capacity of
in the range of approx. 3-5 kW. The planned investment is in line with the principle of sustainable development, as it assumes the reduction of environmental pollution, which currently takes place as a result of the use of electricity generated from conventional sources (coal). Since the location of the investment will be dispersed, it is not possible to indicate a specific place of implementation. The project will be implemented in the area of the Stopnica Commune,
in towns from which residents will submit an application for participation in the implementation of the project. Ultimately, the photovoltaic cells will be owned by residents."
The Ordering Party informs that the given number of installations is an estimated quantity and may change.
The Ordering Party guarantees that the minimum number of photovoltaic installations to be made is: 150 sets.
