The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste indicated in the contract description from residential real estate located in the commune of Sochaczew, as well as from the point of separate collection of municipal waste, in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reduction mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent for storage, in accordance with the Terms of Reference and annexes to the Terms of Reference.

- the Act of 13.9.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 2010, as amended),
- the Act of 14.12.2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 701, as amended),
- Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 29.12.2016 on the detailed method of selective collection of selected waste fractions (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 2028),
- Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 15.12.2017 on the levels for limiting the storage of biodegradable municipal waste mass (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2412),
- Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 14.12.2016 on recycling levels, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods of certain municipal waste fractions (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2167),
- resolution of the Sejmik of the Mazowieckie Voivodship No. 3/19 of 22.1.2019 regarding the adoption of the Waste Management Plan for the Mazowieckie voivodship 2024 with annexes,
- cleanliness and order regulations in force during the contract period in the commune of Sochaczew.
