Mission details:

- part 1 - studies:

—— urban studies,

—— regulatory studies (DCM, DRM, PLUI) including:

——— AMO File and regulatory monitoring,

——— AEU as defined in the decree of 2019 and following,

——— continuous ecological expertise also with regard to urban studies and VRD,

—— operational feasibility studies,

—— participation in thematic studies, partnerships or specific projects (example Trambus, RM sanitation studies),

- component 2 - architectural and urban monitoring:

—— establishment of thematic CPAUPEs and technical service limit books,

—— establishment of block / lot sheets,

—— Assistance in consultation procedures or competitions for operators or designers,

—— concerted monitoring of the design and implementation of real estate programs and the arrangements made,

- section 3 0 - consultation - communication:

—— coordination of consultation with the audiences concerned,

—— drawing up of graphic documents,

—— development or project management for the production of 3D models,

- component 4: MOE VRD and landscape:
