ATP offers a framework agreement with three suppliers who can supply SAP consultants to ATP.
ATP is an independent, self-governing institution which, as a body governed by public law, is subject to a number of public law rules. Furthermore, as a financial company, ATP is supervised by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority. ATP consists of an administration business as well as a pension and the Investment Business.
ATP continuously needs SAP consultants who can assist with maintenance and development within the following areas:
(A) SAP Applikationer.
(B) SAP ABAP.
(C) SAP PO/CPI.
(D) SAP SAC/BW/BPC.
(E) SAP Engineering/Base.
The three selected suppliers must be able to provide consultancy services within all categories.

Volume is expected to be particularly within SAP Applications, especially in relation to our use of FS-CD, FS-CM and BRF/BRF+ and within SAP ABAP. There are similarities between FS-CD, PS-CD and FI-CA.
ATP has a classic set-up with development, test, preprod and production environments. ATP uses agile forms of work, including SAFe. The work typically includes preparation of solution design, solution proposals, solution of changes & incidents. The work is carried out under the instructions of an ATP employee. As a starting point, the consultants will work at an ATP workplace.
Within SAP Applications (A), we primarily work with FS-CD and FS-CM as well as BRF/BRF+, which are modules that support ATP's administration task in the pension and security area. The modules support reporting, calculation, collection, reminder and disbursement processes and affect virtually all citizens and businesses in Denmark. They are part of a system support that is characterized by being fully automated with high volume data and very operationally stable. The solutions within the area are closely related to the legal framework that applies to the various schemes and make extensive use of registers, self-service solutions and payment platforms, which are exhibited under the auspices of the joint public sector. Furthermore, ATP's SAP S/4 Hana ERP system is used, which supports the cross-cutting accounting, finance and personnel processes in the ATP Group, including the unifying system for accounting records for professional systems, schemes/services and subsidiaries. These are typically solutions within the modules Finance (FI) and Controlling as well as to a lesser extent HR personnel administration, organizational management, time & payroll and Project System.
Within SAP ABAP (B), methodologically, we work especially with object-oriented coding (SAP ABAP OO) and a mantra to build code so that it can be reused. ATP continuously measures the quality of ABAP code, and the use of good code practice within the ABAP area is part of ATP's working method. Furthermore, we work with SAP idocs, proxy setup, SAP enhancements, SAP Smartforms, SAP BADI, SAP workflows, BOPF / CDS relevant for HANA, FIORI / UI5 relevant for HANA and SAPILM. The largest part of the coding takes place on ATP's SAP Security Platform, which contains a number of ATP-specific components that are reused across schemes. Within this area, we typically work in an agile team based on a SAFE setup. Within
SAP PO/CPI (C) is primarily worked with integration solutions. The integration solutions support internal communication between IT applications in ATP, external communication between the Danish surroundings and IT applications internally in ATP as well as form exchange between ATP, authorities and European authorities. SAP PO is the preferred integration platform and is supported by principles and guidelines for system integration in ATP.
Within SAP SAC/BW/BPC (D), we work with the exhibition of finance, accounting and time data as well as employee data and organizational structures for business areas in ATP as well as external stakeholders. Various analytical, reconciliation, planning and consolidation solutions have also been developed. ATP has a slightly special solution based on Embedded BW and Optimized BPC, which is on the SAP S/4 Hana platform. As exhibition tools, ATP uses Analysis for office and SAP Analytics Cloud, BI based on Amazon tenants. Within this area, sprints are worked in an agile BI team consisting of business and IT resources. Within SAP Teknik/Basis (E), we work with the handling of projects and orders of a technical nature, which are solved in collaboration with other parties. In addition, the operation and development of SAP roles and rights are handled. Assignment of roles and privileges on development and testing systems is done via SAP CUA and SAP FireFighter is used to control privileged privileges.
