Implementation for the EDF Group (its subsidiaries and Enedis) of a multi-attribution framework agreement with no financial commitment to provide and distribute non-Microsoft software products, as well as the associated support and maintenance. Subscriptions of open source products may be part of the need.
The distribution of non-Microsoft software products should enable the EDF Group to:
— benefit from an interface for purchasing software licenses called “commercial or similar as products on shelves” and/or maintenance specific to the aforementioned software concerning multiple publishers;
— benefit from pricing negotiated with certain referenced publishers or a negotiated pricing on a case-by-case basis based on the sales force of the distributor (the latter must demonstrate its added value on so-called non-catalogues purchases);
— track needs that will allow either to make a so-called one-time purchase or to reference new software products within a catalog that will be scalable throughout the contractual period, and will allow to sanctuarize expenses.
The annual volume can range from 500 to 800 software orders.
