This joint contract aims to supply heating, industrial and road diesel fuel for the Municipality and the CPAS of Sprimont. It also aims to supply heating fuel for the non-profit Foyer Culturel Henri Simon de Sprimont.

The quantities to be delivered are only presumed. The contracting authority reserves the right to adapt its orders to its needs.

The contract is concluded for a period of 48 months.

The market is divided into lots as follows:

- lot 1 "Supply of rolling diesel for the Municipality and the CPAS of Sprimont":

Place of delivery: Atelier communal - Damré, Rue Joseph Potier 15 at 4140 Sprimont.

The place of delivery may be changed during the market.

Annual quantity estimated at 145,000 l;

- lot 2 "Supply of heating diesel and industrial diesel for the Municipality, the CPAS and the ASBL Foyer Culturel Henri Simon de Sprimont":
