The housing company Sct. Jørgen wants to build 55 family homes in a total of approx. 6 050 m 2 as part of the new residential area Arnbjerg on the outskirts of Viborg. The dwellings consist of 4 different types, on average 110m 2 .

The houses are established as townhouses in 1-level, 1½-level and 2-level respectively. Due to the size, the homes will primarily be aimed at families.

The building is erected with porous concrete back walls, brick walls and light roof structures.
