We are intending to award a contract to a single contractor to perform the following in the Borough of Lewisham:

• installation of door entry systems;

• installation of warden call systems;

• repair and maintenance of the following:

— door entry systems,

— warden call systems,

— CCTV systems,

— working at height systems.

The contract will be for a primary term of 5 years with two optional 2 year extensions at the discretion of Lewisham Homes and subject to satisfactory performance of the contract and consistent achievement of our key performance indicators thus taking the contract to a maximum duration of 9 years. The contract will be governed by the JCT Measured Term 2016 contract and the Lewisham Homes Schedule of Amendments superseding these where applicable.

This procurement will be undertaken in accordance with the OJEU open one stage procedure. We will be awarding using a quality to price weighting of 60:40. We are looking to award to a single contractor and all further information will be contained within the procurement documentation.
