Vestegnens Kraftvarmeselskab I/S (VEKS) offers a framework agreement in accordance with Article 47 of the Utilities Directive (Directive 2014/25/EU) to cover VEKS' need for technical consultancy services in connection with district heating. VEKS will draw on the agreement on an ongoing basis and as needed. It is not an exclusive agreement and VEKS is therefore not obliged to apply the framework agreement. The framework agreement is divided into three sub-agreements. Lot 1 concerns VEKS Distribution, Lot 2 concerns VEKS Transmission and Lot 3 concerns VEKS Produktion.
Lot 1 - concerning technical consultancy services in connection with district heating for VEKS (Distribution)Vestegnens Kraftvarmeselskab I/S (VEKS) offers a framework agreement in accordance with the Utilities Directive (Directive 2014/25/EU), Art. 47, to cover VEKS' need for technical consultancy services in connection with district heating. 3. Hydraulic Analyses (Lean Heat)
4. Dimensioning and design
5. Planning and project proposals according to the Heat Supply Act
6. Tendering and invitation to tender for construction services
7. Low temperature and selection of components
8. Audit at unitmontage
9. Project management
10. Quality assurance
11. Energy analysis - parent in district heating
12. Stakeholder management and coordination and authorities
13. Statics
14. Use of the contracting entity's project management tools
15. Interim Supply

14. Design: Pipes in the ground, function (Passive and active monitoring systems and Working environment)
15. Design: Structures (Idea and Build Programme, Assessment and Prioritisation of Needs, Architectural Possibilities and Creative Ideas and Budget and Schedule)
Services in categories 10 to 14 are covered by Lot 2 only to the extent that the tenderer has offered these services.
Lot 3 - concerning technical consultancy services in connection with district heating for VEKS (Production)Vestegnens Kraftvarmeselskab I/S (VEKS) offers a framework agreement in accordance with the Utilities Directive (Directive 2014/25/EU), Art. 47, to cover VEKS' need for technical consultancy services in connection with district heating. 2. Construction management, project management and supervision
3. Establishment of new heat production, including heat pumps, electric boilers, biomass, etc.
4. Energy optimisation of existing plants
5. Power plant engineering (e.g. fuel management, turbine, thermodynamics, water treatment and combustion engineering)
6. Advice on the environment, in particular noise and emissions
7. Construction and civil engineering, including concrete, earth, wiring and buildings
8. Advice on health and safety, including health and safety coordinator and P&B
9. Advice on electrical services
10. Dimensioning of piping, pumps and other equipment
11. CE marking, Atex and PED, etc.
12. Project proposal for collective heat supply
13. Other legal proceedings
