Framework agreement for HVAC works

The purpose of the Framework Agreement for HVAC Works is to carry out works related to the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) installations of the National Assembly buildings. The expected services are defined in the specification of special technical clauses (CCTP) as well as in the unit price schedule (Bpu). They only apply to works of an amount less than or equal to €300,000 (including VAT) and excluding works specified in the annex to the CCTP
