In particular, as specified in the technical specifications, the activities covered by the procedure are as follows:

— supply car sharing management system consisting of:

—— company fleet management software;

—— electronic cabinets for key storage;

—— web portal;

— service and maintenance for a duration of 36 months from the date of delivery,

— service and maintenance renewal option for up to 24 months.

Pursuant to art. 106, paragraph 11 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, RAI reserves the right to extend the duration of the contract for the time strictly necessary to conclude the procedures necessary for the identification of a new contractor.
