The subject of the tender is a framework agreement for the purchase of components from the manufacturer HPE Aruba Networking, including services.

The Landesbetrieb IT. Niedersachsen (IT. As a central IT service provider for the state administration in Lower Saxony, N) operates a central, stable and secure communication platform for internal and external customers with different security levels.

The technical implementation of the data center network infrastructure with products from the manufacturer HPE Aruba Networking, is referred to as "Service Area Version 2.0" using a system-specific data center flex fabric architecture.

A product-related tender is intended to provide uninterrupted procurement of HPE Aruba Networking network components (hardware and software) including support services and for the provision of consulting and installation services by a supplier/service provider.

This framework agreement serves as the basis for:

- the purchase of hardware

- Provision of standard software for a one-time fee on a permanent basis (sale)

- Bringing about operational readiness (e.g. through project planning, installation, and configuration of system components)

- the purchase of support services

- Maintenance and servicing services (e.g. troubleshooting)

- Services such as planning, installation, training or technical workshops
