This tender aims to start an agreement per plot with an initial term of 1 year as of 1 July 2023, with the possibility for the client to extend the agreement 3 times for the duration of 1 year under the same conditions. The draft agreement is set out in Annex 5 to this registration guideline.
The agreement will be entered into with one contractor.
The client strives to sift the dredge so that it can be applied elsewhere in accordance with the soil quality decree.
