See II.2.4).
Current contracting includes the supply, installation and commissioning of an automatic fire detection installation that meets the requirements described below.
In addition to this specification, the installation must be carried out in accordance with:
- the regulations of the local fire brigade,
- the General Regulations for Electrical Installations (AREI),
- the General Regulations on Employment Protection (ARAB),
- the Belgian standards apply here (NBN_S_21-100 (2015 + A1 2018) and NBN_S_21-100-2_2015 (N)).
The installation in its entirety (mainly fire detection center and automatic fire detectors) must have the EC certificate of conformity on the date of tender. The proposed installation will permanently monitor the designated rooms against fire and will be divided into localization groups, the number and distribution of which are determined in the enclosed specifications. The plans attached to the specifications only give an indication of the rooms to be protected. The correct position of the fire detectors will be determined by the subscriber.
The system described below is an analog, addressable network detection system, which is a detector identification system.
The system must consist of a number of networks, each of which is connected separately and in a closed loop system to the fire detection center. A maximum of 127 identifiable devices can be placed per network. This loop system must ensure two-way communication between the control panel and the detectors and / or fire buttons. This means that in case of cable breakage or short circuit between two devices, all devices remain operational. The processes and equipment used must meet the strictest safety standards. To this end, every precaution should be taken to:
- reduce the disturbances to a strict minimum. Allow easy access to parts and connections.
All material will be standard, current, new and of first quality. A certificate of origin can be requested upon delivery and will have to prove that the date of manufacture has not expired. All the material offered and in particular the automatic fire detectors, the manual fire detectors, the fire detection centers, controllers and software will come from one and the same manufacturer. The Subscriber must provide a detailed description of the proposed installation and full documentation related to the proposed materials with the material presentation.
