The aim of this public European tender is to come up with 1 contract for delivery, installation, operational delivery, management and service of an integrated telecommunication facility for the CGM Work Organization.

The tender concerns a contract for all related services regarding this new infrastructure, whereby the following components are fully integrated within 1 environment and delivered from 1 tenderer:

- telecommunication system, contact center environment and reporting tools,

- mobile telephony (mobile subscriptions for the service described),

- fixed telephony (network lines and connections for the service described),

- fixed-mobile integration (necessary integration of mobile telephony for the service described).

Work organization CGM awards the contract to the tenderer with the best price-quality ratio.
