The subject of the contract is the collection and transport of municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the Oława Commune to the Municipal Waste Processing Installation in Gać (Zakład Gospodarowania Odpadami Komunalnymi Sp. z o. o.), in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste and the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Municipality of Oława – in the current wording as at the date of the contract.

1. The subject of the contract is the collection and transport of municipal waste from the owners of real estate residing in the Municipality of Oława to the Municipal Waste Processing Installation in Gać (Zakład Gospodarowania Odpadami Komunalnymi Sp. z o. o.), in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste and the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Municipality of Oława – in the following wording current as at the date of the contract.
