The service provider will intervene locally in order to play an interface role between the company in charge of the works, the inhabitants and the "field" interlocutors of the agent (the landlord's proximity team/operation manager/urban renewal mission, etc.). The services are paid for by unit prices. The Framework Agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders. It includes a minimum amount of €30,000 excl. VAT per year, i.e. €90,000 excl. VAT for the total duration, and a maximum amount of €270,000 excl. VAT per year, i.e. €810,000 excl. VAT over the total duration. The minimum and maximum amounts will be the same for each rollover period
