The tendered service concerns maintenance, testing and repair services in the ventilation trade in apartments, commercial and residential buildings. The scope ranges from minor repairs to the complete replacement of roof fans. These services take place in the inhabited and uninhabited state. The time for the provision of the service ranges from short-term for repairs to 2 weeks for maintenance of the system technology. The individual order value is limited to max. 5 kEUR gross limited.

Systems: 95 residential complexes with a total of 599 roof fans and approx. 5,800 fans in rental units

Districts: Charlottenburg, Kreuzberg, Schmargendorf, Schöneberg, Wilmersdorf, Zehlendorf, Falkensee, Lankwitz, Potsdam, Schlangenbader Str., Steglitz, Tempelhof, Tiergarten.
