Project planning of buildings and interiors according to Part 3, Section 1, HOAI (2021) MOS Bremerhaven, adaptation of hygiene regulations, conversion of the troop kitchen.
Brief description of the measure:
In an existing building with adjoining components, a troop kitchen with 1200 participants is housed, with a gross volume of approx. 28 143 m
The building consists of a basement with storage and technical areas 272 m
The building should have optimized routing and optimized hygienic processes. The personnel area on the ground floor will be renewed and will have a separate entrance. The kitchen technology is partially renewed, including drinking and sewage, electrical, heating, ventilation. The floors are being renewed in the kitchen area. Areas and processes are changed by drawing in new walls and demolishing walls. A wet waste collection system is to be installed in the basement and an extension for the outside air intake system will be added to the east. The toilet facilities are being renewed on every floor. The main renovation work will take place in the basement and ground floor, with the aid of the fire protection concept and the planning aid for commercial and service buildings.
The estimated total gross costs are around EUR 5,600,000 (KG 300-500).
There will be an interim solution for this construction project, in which the building will continue to operate with an external supply. The dining rooms are reduced as the serving area is housed in part of the dining rooms.
The order includes the execution planning, tendering and awarding as well as the property supervision for the building 8, renovation of the troop kitchen and adaptation to hygienic regulations.
In the service profile object planning buildings and interiors, the RBBau performance levels 2 (LPH 5 according to HOAI), performance level 3 (LPH 6 + 7 according to HOAI) and performance level 4 (LPH 8 according to HOAI) are required with the basic services.
The following specialist planning is also involved in the implementation of the measure:
TGA HSL, ELT, GA, kitchen technology, fire protection, structural engineering, pollutant sampling and possibly renovation, safety and health coordinator. These are to be coordinated by the contractor in the planning and implementation process.
