1) of article L. 2113-12 of the CCP, structures employing disabled workers as mentioned in article L. 5213-13 or work assistance establishments mentioned in article L. 344-2 the social action code (EA and ESAT);
2) of article L. 2113-13 of the CCP, structures employing disadvantaged workers, structures for integration through economic activity mentioned in article L. 5132-4 of the labor code (SIAE).
