As a part of following up the government's expectations of companies in the climate and environment area, the ministries want to have assistance from an external consultant. Consultants shall seek to identify and based on selected objective criteria, assess the climate related risks in the government's direct ownership and if companies with government ownership are safeguarding the Government's expectations in regard to climate and environment. We interpret climate risk as how changes in the climate and political climate regulations can affect a company's business and thereby the government's risk exposure as an owner. The objective of the assignment is i.a. to assist the government as an owner in achieving a better basis to follow up the expectations in the Ownership notice and to further develop ownership supervision in the area.
