In the coming years, the RvA will need the hiring of flexible hiring staff. The main part will consist of long-term hiring for IT employees (e.g. business and data analysts, programmers, program managers), marketing employees and HR employees. The broker brings together supply and demand for external hiring and looks for suitable candidates for outstanding hiring applications from the RvA.

Over the contract duration of four (4) years, the contract value is therefore estimated at approximately € 1,800,000. The RvA reserves the right to purchase a maximum of € 2,700,000.
