The subject of the tender is the awarding of freelance services, in this case planning services in accordance with § 34 HOAI object planning for buildings and interiors for LPH 1 - to LPH 8, optionally LPH 9 HOAI for the Schulwerk of the Diocese of Augsburg for the construction of a new school double gymnasium for the Bischof-Ulrich-Realschule Augsburg.

The Schulwerk of the Diocese of Augsburg is a private school authority that has taken over the HS Academy at Sommestraße 59 in Augsburg, Kriegshaber. The takeover of the HS Academy was associated with a change in the type of school (now: Bischof-Ulrich-Realschule with 12 classes and primary school with 8 classes). In order to map the corresponding curricula, the transition described above created the need for a previously non-existent school double sports hall according to school building guidelines.

On the property (corridor no. 437/321), both the school double sports hall and an office building are to be realized with a time delay (not part of the project task). These are two separate projects, the property is divided in real terms.

The project "New construction of the administration building", which has been staggered to the schedule, is fixed in terms of urban development and planning. This development must be taken into account in all service phases as part of the task of object planning. The property is within the catchment area of a legally binding project and development plan. The construction project is to be implemented during the ongoing operation of the Bischof-Ulrich-Realschule at the site.
