In order to equip the new media library of the town of Avon, which is under construction, this consultation concerns the Supply of furniture and equipment (including IT).

Supply, installation, assembly of comfort furniture (chairs, sofas, armchair ...) in the project to build a media library in Avon.

Supply, installation, assembly of shelving furniture (shelves, columns, bins, ...) in the construction project of a media library.

Supply, installation, assembly of table furniture (round, rectangular, on casters ...) in the project to build a media library in Avon.

Supply, installation, installation, and maintenance of IT and audiovisual equipment for the Avon Media Library.

Supply, installation and maintenance of a solution using RFID technology for the management of loan / return of its collections for the Avon Media Library.

The commune of Avon wishes for its new site to realize a virtualized architecture, and to acquire eight computers for the Language Lab and Self-training. It concerns the supply, installation and maintenance of this specific equipment.

The town of Avon wishes to acquire a wireless network infrastructure (Wifi) to cover its new Media Library site.

The main axes selected for this project are:

- offer access to the mobile information system, the main users will be community agents, public use is also planned on an ad hoc basis;

- search for optimized coverage to limit the number of access points (AP);

- search for an optimal architecture in terms of purchase and maintenance cost, but also in terms of integration;

- implementation of a scalable and sustainable solution over time, the equipment installed must be monitored and able to be subject to extensions over a period of at least five years.
