The contract includes the implementation of controls for area-related agricultural support measures with the help of remote sensing (FE) in accordance with Articles 40 and 40a of Regulation (EU) No. 809/2014 as a means of reducing the number of classic on-site controls to be checked (VOK). The contract also includes the implementation of the “area monitoring” pilot project for 2021.

If the pilot project is successful, it is intended to carry out controls for area-related agricultural support measures with the help of area monitoring instead of FE from 2022.
