This consultation concerns the implementation of procedures for adjusting urban planning documents, environmental studies and additional missions in the form of a framework agreement. Single-awarding framework agreement with a maximum executed by the issuance of purchase orders. The duration of this contract is 4 years, i.e. 1 year firm and a renewal of 3 times 1 year.

The objective of the contract is to be able to entrust:

- Mission 1: Procedures for adjusting urban planning documents in force at the time of drafting the framework agreement:

- 1.A: Simplified modification

- 1.B : Modification

- 1.C: Lite revision

- 1.d: Project statement

- mission 2: Environmental studies in connection with urban planning documents: carrying out an environmental assessment of Plu(I) adjustment projects, required ex officio because of the nature of the project or after a case-by-case examination

- mission 3: Additional studies: carrying out additional studies in connection with the adjustment procedures of urban planning documents or environmental assessment:

- 3.A: Other missions related to adjustment procedures or more generally related to municipal or intermunicipal urban planning documents (Barnier law study...)

- 3.B: Other missions related to the environmental assessment that may be made necessary as part of the request for a case-by-case assessment of urban planning document adjustment projects or to complete the environmental assessment (wetland characterization study, etc.)

- 3.c: Consultation: by decision of the CABBALR, a special consultation process may be carried out as part of a procedure for adjusting an urban planning document, in addition to the traditional missions related to the preparation of the file.
