The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive cleaning services of rooms in the facilities of the Chamber of Tax Administration in Łódź and in its subordinate units along with the service of winter maintenance of the area, i.e.: snow removal and sprinkling with material (salt-sand mixture 10%, road salt or other agent with a similar effect) causing the liquidation of a slippery surface, as well as performing other activities (e.g. ice or compacted snow, removal of slush, slush) from the area including sidewalks, parking lots, squares, external stairs, communication routes, internal roads)
