For the redesign of Montmelianer Platz, planning services are to be awarded in accordance with § 38 ff HOAI, service phases 5-8. The work phases 1-4 of the outdoor plant planning have already been completed. The documents prepared so far will be made available.

The design planning envisages creating a place of encounter with the square as the focal point, which invites you to linger with attractive greenery, sufficient seating and a floor-level fountain, offers sufficient space for festivals and weekly markets and takes the ecological idea into account through unsealing and infiltration. Likewise, the revival of the history of the place with various elements and the creative connection of the town hall with the roundabout and the adjacent central points represents an important part of the planning.

The subject of the contract is the development of the execution planning on the basis of the design planning according to HOAI, taking into account the parallel planned construction measures "Redesign of the local passage with roundabout", the preparation of the award, the participation in the award as well as the construction supervision and documentation.

The measure is subsidized with funds from village development. When planning, tendering and billing, the requirements of the village development and the granting agencies must be observed.

Planned completion is summer 2025.
